1. Who is responsible
FurboTech Labs is the developer and operator of MTB TrailRadar and this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@furbotechlabs.com.
2. Scope
This policy describes information handled through the MTB TrailRadar mobile application, voluntary support email and the public website at furbotechlabs.com. It should be read together with the permissions and privacy information shown by the app and the relevant app store.
3. Information stored on your device
Bike and vehicle details, maintenance records, ride logs, checklists, reminders, favorites, custom trail spots, notes and app settings are generally stored locally on the device. FurboTech Labs does not operate an account or cloud database for this content.
Deleting the app or losing the device may remove locally stored content. Recovery is not guaranteed.
4. Location and weather requests
When you use features that need weather or trail-area context, the app may access a location you select or, with permission, the device location. Coordinates and the minimum technical information needed for the request may be sent to the weather service used by the installed app version.
FurboTech Labs uses the resulting information to produce value-added trail-condition estimates. Exact providers and platform services may differ by app version and operating system. Their own privacy terms also apply.
5. Purchases
App-store providers process purchases, subscription status, billing, renewals and refunds. MTB TrailRadar receives entitlement and transaction-status information needed to unlock Premium and restore eligible purchases; it does not receive full payment-card details.
6. Notifications and permissions
If enabled, reminders and notifications are scheduled for app functions such as maintenance or checklists. Location, notifications and other system permissions remain under device settings. Denying a permission may limit the related feature.
7. Support email
When you contact support, FurboTech Labs receives the email address, message, and any technical details, screenshots or attachments you choose to send. Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request.
Support communications are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
8. This website
This is a static website. It has no account, contact form, database, advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking or non-essential cookie system. It does not intentionally set cookies.
The hosting provider, OVHcloud, may process standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested path, browser data and security logs to deliver and protect the site. OVHcloud acts under its own service and privacy terms.
9. Sharing and international processing
Information is shared only when needed with the relevant operating-system or app-store provider, weather and mapping services used by the installed app version, email providers when you contact support, OVHcloud when you visit this site, professional advisers, or public authorities where legally required. FurboTech Labs does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Their safeguards and terms apply to their processing.
10. Security, retention and deletion
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used for information under FurboTech Labs’ control. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Local app content remains until you delete it, clear app data or remove the app. Third-party services apply their own retention periods.
11. Your choices and rights
You can manage app permissions in device settings, edit or delete local content in the app where available, manage subscriptions through the relevant app store, and choose what to include in support email. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability for personal information controlled by FurboTech Labs.

12. Children
MTB TrailRadar is not directed to children and FurboTech Labs does not knowingly create accounts or collect children’s information through the app or website.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated when the app, providers, website or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available at this URL.
