1. Provider and acceptance
MTB TrailRadar is provided under the FurboTech Labs name. Questions can be sent to support@furbotechlabs.com. By downloading, accessing, purchasing through or using MTB TrailRadar, you agree to these Terms and the applicable app-store terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
2. Purpose and rider responsibility
MTB TrailRadar is a mountain-bike planning and maintenance utility. It combines available weather, terrain, user selections and app logic to estimate trail-area conditions and support bike preparation.
It is not navigation, medical, emergency, rescue, legal or official trail-management advice. Scores, rankings and forecasts do not guarantee weather, trail condition, access, suitability or safety. You remain responsible for official warnings, closures, permissions, local conditions, skills, equipment and emergency arrangements.
3. Weather and condition estimates
The app transforms available weather information with terrain and app logic into value-added condition estimates. Weather and map providers may differ by app version or platform and are governed by their own terms. Weather data may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate.
4. Local content
You may create custom spots, favorites, notes, bike details, ride logs, maintenance records, checklists, inventories, settings and reminders. This content is generally stored locally. You are responsible for its accuracy, lawful use and backups. Recovery after deletion, device failure, app removal or corruption is not guaranteed.
5. Initial 168-hour Radar access
The first 168 consecutive hours of Radar access are controlled by the app. This is not a store introductory offer or free subscription trial. It requires no Premium purchase, creates no subscription and generates no automatic charge when it ends.
6. Premium subscriptions
Where offered, Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly are optional auto-renewable subscriptions. A subscription starts only when you explicitly select a plan and confirm purchase through the relevant app store. The store displays the current localized price, currency, billing period and tax before confirmation.
The selected subscription renews automatically until renewal is disabled or it otherwise ends under store rules. Canceling renewal normally preserves access through the already-paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
7. Restore, billing and refunds
Restore Purchases checks eligible verified entitlements for the current store account. Billing, payment recovery, grace periods, cancellations and refunds are processed under the applicable app store’s systems and rules. Restoration depends on the account, network, purchase and subscription status.
8. Availability and third parties
Weather, maps, location, stores, external map apps, websites and email services may be unavailable or governed by separate terms. Some functions require compatible hardware, software, connectivity and permissions. Continuous or error-free service is not guaranteed.
9. Acceptable use and rights
You must not interfere with the app or its security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or bulk-extract provider data, remove legal or attribution notices, infringe rights or commercially redistribute the app without permission. MTB TrailRadar software, design, text, brand elements, scoring logic and original curated content are owned by or licensed to the provider.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTB TrailRadar is provided “as is” and “as available.” Liability is limited to the maximum lawful extent for reliance on estimates, riding decisions, injuries, closures, equipment failure, unavailable services, lost local content and indirect damage. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy and changes
Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Features, subscriptions and supported software may change subject to existing rights and app-store rules. These Terms may be updated when the app, providers, website or law changes; the current version will remain available at this URL.
